Momentum’s high-throughput screening services are supported by a sophisticated compound management infrastructure, enabling our 400K in-house chemical library (as well as client and third-party libraries) to be stored and accessed with ease and versatility. Whether we’re running a pilot screen, confirming hits, or characterizing dose-response, our extensive resources ensure that compounds are handled properly through all stages of the research process. Thanks to integrated automation supported by an expert scientific team, we can offer customized screening and compound management solutions to accelerate client research and advance drug discovery.

400K lead-like diversity compounds | Pre-pooled at 250 compounds per well
15.5K macrocycles | Pre-pooled at 50 compounds per well
6.6K RNA-focused library | Pre-pooled at 250 compounds per well
5.7K covalent screening library

SD files and structural information are available for all compounds, and all compounds are freely available for client use without IP or royalty considerations. All compounds are available as singletons on-site for immediate follow-up, and most are available for purchase from vendors as powders. We can also screen client, collaborator and third-party chemical libraries.
