DecryptM is a powerful workflow that enables global, concentration-resolved profiling of post-translational modifications (PTMs), such as phosphorylation, ubiquitination, and acetylation This technology can be used to systematically probe PTM changes in response to drug treatment or other perturbations, providing deep insights into the pharmacological and biological mechanisms underpinning cellular response. Because drugs with similar targets and mechanisms of action cluster together in DecryptM data analysis, this assay can be used to deconvolute and profile compounds with unknown targets and mechanisms. DecryptM adds a key pharmacological dimension to PTM profiling data, enhancing interpretability of critical findings and putting compound effects into context.
