QuantScout™ enables accurate, sensitive and multiplexed quantification of up to 100 selected proteins and proteoforms across hundreds to thousands of samples, such as treated cell lines, cell line panels, xenograft models, or patient tissue and biofluid samples. This powerful targeted proteomics technology is based on Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) and stable isotope labelled peptide standards, and is readily scalable to fit your experimental needs. QuantScout™ is a highly sensitive, antibody-independent assay that provides a powerful complement to discovery proteomics. This assay facilitates the translation of pre-clinical results into clinical innovations by validating predictive biomarkers, supporting targeted degrader development, and demonstrating target and pathway engagement. QuantScout™ can be used to quantify entire groups of proteins, such as cytokines, protein complexes, signaling sign-posts of selected pathways, metabolic enzymes, CYP450 oxidases and other drug-metabolizing enzymes
