Proteome-wide phosphorylation profiling

SignalingScout™ provides powerful insights into cellular signaling pathways by enabling comprehensive profiling of dynamic phosphorylation events in hundreds to thousands of cell or tissue samples. By enriching and analyzing phosphoproteomes via mass spectrometry, SignalingScout™ detects quantitative differences in cell signaling between cell types or following drug treatment or other perturbations. This technology supports the selection of lead compounds or pre-clinical candidates to maximize on- and reduce off-target activity in a cellular context, either as single agents or in combination with other drugs. This approach can provide valuable insight into the factors underlying differential compound activity. Furthermore, SignalingScout™ can reveal cellular modes of action for small molecule kinase inhibitors and other signaling drugs and identify pharmacodynamic signatures for successful therapeutic intervention (i.e., signaling sign-posts). This technology provides a phospho-site-specific activity readout, regularly detecting >30,000 phospho-sites across >8,000 proteins.
